In order to expand from its humble, North Philly space into a 10,000 square foot creative complex, REC Philly required both a financial investor as well as a strategic development partner.

By mapping out their customer journey, we defined key criteria for choosing a technology solution that fit their go-to-market needs and is flexible enough to account for the customizations necessary to support their future vision.
While our MVP solution will be a big step forward for REC’s members, we’re hyper-focused on enabling the future of its organization by empowering new features and functionality that make it easier to book time in the space and connect with fellow artists. Our plan is to develop a tight user feedback loop that will account for member insight as each new feature comes online.
