We are thrilled to announce that Justin Mathews has joined O3 World as our first Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mathews brings over 20 years of demonstrated excellence in leading interactive digital agencies with concentrations on emerging technologies and innovation. He recently served as Managing Director of Tonic Design Co., where he spent 4 years being responsible for the day to day operations of the agency. Mathews brings a unique experience to O3 World in accelerating revenue growth and building high-performing teams to drive long-term success.
Justin’s most recent accolades include being named to the 2017 Drexel University 40 Under 40 and as a 2017 Philadelphia Business Journal Tech Disruptor. He serves on the Advisory board for several start-ups, as well as Temple University’s MS Digital Innovation in Marketing Program. In addition to his experience building agencies in the industry, he has also owned and sold his own agency, Karizma Media Solutions.
